The education that increases X % in busting skill (e.g criminal law) how it works?
If you haven' busted anyone the improvement is 0? 0 skill × 0.05 = 0
Or is it an absolute value? 0 skill + 0.05 = 0.05
And, how can you see your current busting skill?
you can't see your current busting skill.
I don't know how the education perk applies, but I don't think it really matters.When you start busting you get a feel for how many, and of what difficulty ones can be done in a day.
That being said, I doubt your skill starts at 0.
