You’re going to need to give more information. What’s happening vs what you expect to happen? Can you add a screenshot or video of the issue?
Please specifically describe the issue you are experiencing, and what things you've done to already resolve it such as clearing your cache, checking in incognito/private browser, etc.
both chat boxes have reached 99+ messages.
if i click read it restarts again getting back up to 99+ messages
so i having to report as a bug

It is not a bug, it was even explained in the announcement how to get rid of it. Press the down arrow next to the channel title, click on Flash enabled until it switches to Flash disabled.
