I wonder how this one perk works:
Addiction: Reduce drug addiction up to 50%. (2% per upgrade)
Does it reduce addiction points you get from using drugs?
Or other way?

So did I understand it correctly that it affects addiction points you get from using drugs?
yep, there's also a seperate set of perks in the same tree that reduces the effect of the addiction points but doesn't change how much is gained
