So you're base taxes will depend on your endurance and intelligence.
Penalty taxes are applied for high addiction rates or low EE merits. So, if you have high stats, your tax will be low!

I wish I didn't quit playing for 10 years. I was just reminded that I was running Ruthless at that time. I completely forgotten about that. Reading through all of this is starting to bring back memories, like having to go through the faction forums to do payroll manually for wars 😂
