But no eggs have spawned for me. The newspaper article says the egg spawns will equilize over some years, but does that mean they don't spawn at all some years? If it does, that...is unfun.

Anyway, not using scripts, using AdBlock and uBlock Origin, and Dark Mode.

I understand what you're saying. I know you must all feel like a broken record and I'm sorry for that. And I thank you for the time and effort you put into your reply.

I prefer not to use scripts because I like playing games the way are.

I don't understand why this year--especially after they've been made to be easier to seen even--I couldn't see eggs at all.

This event has been running since 2010--13 years. I have found eggs every year. I know how to do it. I know how to look. I know where to look. I go to pages I don't usually go to. I look abroad as a frequent flyer. I scan the whole page. I wait on each page. Etc, etc, etc. I really enjoy the event.

I did not find eggs this year.

Perhaps I did not go to the 10 pages where eggs spawed, with 162 different potential spawning locations. I guess this year I was unlucky. Every other year I did manage to hit those pages--most of them even. So this year is anomalous. It;s so anomalous it looks like a potential bug. Because finding eggs for over a decade has always been 100% chance. This year -zero. Does that not seem off to anyone else?

I have done all the things suggested--except using scripts, which are not required.

I love this event and look forward to it every year. When changes made and I follow the new rules and always find the eggs.

Eggs have spawned every other year since this event began.

This year they didn't.

Alrighty, so, about 9 hours to go in the event I think, and no eggs found, despite being active every day, throughout the day. Is finding no eggs really among the possibilities with this new system? Is this just bad luck or a bug?

Came here to ask the same. 5 days in and no eggs found yet. I'm active every day, all throughout the day. I've gone to tons of pages I don't normally visit. Nice updates to the event listed in the newspaper, but only 3 days left in the event and umm, I haven't been able to 'play' yet.
