I have been playing Torn on an off for over 10 years. In the past year I have become far more active and am looking to really build this account up.
Fair Trains
I have worked in enough companies/ played the game enough/ have enough basic common sense to know how to train employees fairly in rotation.
Fair Pay
Based on the stats/ active status in the company you will be paid accordingly, I will be keeping a close eye especially on active status. As your stats increase, so too will your pay.
Pay will start at 1m with a maximum of 2.5m
Stats
Pay will be based on your own stats as a player.
Minimum stats ideally
40k Manual
85k Endurance
90k Intel
You will be allocated a position and pay when/if you join, these positions may change dependent on company needs.
BONUS!
As this is a startup company I'd like to give a little incentive to join, although as it stands you will have to take my word for it.
every 100m the company makes there will be a bonus 5m to all employees.
The Boring Stuff
As I'm sure is pretty obvious, the last thing I want is for this company to go up in a puff of smoke because somebody couldn't wait until they got home to spark up that doobie.
I don't ask for a lot, but as every boring director has to say in their recruitment posts, I do ask for daily active and if you are addicted to drugs please just hit up rehab.
For every star you lose AFTER obtaining your first 5 star effectiveness you will lose 10% of your pay up to a maximum of 50%
If for any reason you need to take a break from the game or are otherwise not going to be able to play, please let me know and I will sort out accordingly.
When applying please post your working stats. Failiure to do so will be an immediate rejection.
