Prices are supposed to fluctuate, there is nothing wrong with selling below market price to get a quick sale or more people in your bazaar for the middleman merit + honor bar. You've got nothing to worry about.

Additionally I remember way back when 45 nerve was the best anybody could hope for and hacking was considered THE best crime you could do. Is that still the case or is the failure rate and CE losses too high for anybody to bother with? I've invested in crime success with merits, the law passive bonus and the hacking crime booster
If you've invested merits towards it, investment banking can be a VERY good value proposition netting you millions every week by doing absolutely nothing. Problem is you already need to have several hundred million you can throw around to make anything meaningful and that isn't easy if you haven't invested in stock blocks or been hoarding boosters, drugs, or meds.
Trading can be really fun if you can keep an eye on bazaars and the item market, don't expect to make massive gains but you'd be amazed how often you can scalp items.
Crimes, especially Organized Crimes are worth considering if you have a lot (60+ NNB) of crime experience. Crimes like warehouse arsons and kidnapping the mayor are solid moneymakers and safe.
