I became a subscriber a long time ago mostly because of books. Now that I have every book I can get from subscribing, I strongly believe the book reward should be replaced with an enhancer or something better than a drug pack, FHC, or Tin of Treats, or box of medical suppys. Honestly I have considered just cancelling my subscription as it isn't really benefiting me since I can buy in game donator packs and have a credit of days.
I have been a Subscriber and Donator for over 4200 days. I also have 435 days of Donator status credited to may account currently. Getting a box of medical supplies is less than I get from the point from a donator pack and the caches are just as devalued.
I strongly believe it's time to increase the rewards we get from our monthly items and even consider increasing the number of players that can win the subscriber draw. Maybe the longer you have played the game the better rewards you get. Even the draw is not that great anymore especially with how much easier it is for citizens to make money today. Back 10-15 years ago these rewards were awesome and made sense, but today I think its time to revisit this and increase those rewards as well as the chance to earn better items.
Suggestion:
Increase rewards subscribers or at least revisit the items received monthly after all books are acquired.

We are the strongest Game Shop in the game and looking to replace 2 of our long term members with strong active employees. We have 2 members planning to leave to acquire revive and other passive bonuses. We need active and close to drug free members to join us.
The passive income in Torn has remained pretty much the same the entire time I have played (On and off for 21.5 years). My suggestion is that you increase the bank limit or increase the stock to match the times. Example bank has always had a 2 billion cap while Donator Packs were 1-3 mil a piece and Points used to be less than 1k each. Now they are upwards of 23 mil and 46k for 1 point, In addition the amount I receive from a 3 month investment is less than it used to be with 10 merits and the stock. In the past I got 450 mil now its only 390 mil.
You could also have it to where you can have multiple Investments at any giving time. Maybe 2-3 max. This would allow you to have passive income more than once ever 1-3 months period or increase the percent earned from the stock as well as shorten the time it takes to get the investment. Currently you get 10% on average for the 1.6 billion it costs to get the stock you get a measly 40 mil every 90 days. FHC pays out over 5 times that and its less money.
Everything has changed in torn so much that you can get to my stats in a few years with the cap removed and all the different items added, same with crimes, warring, and everything else that has been added to the game increasing profits. The ones thing that has really not changed is the banks passive income except for having more than 1 stock block which has crazy diminishing returns.
Example: With full Merits on Investment, and the stock block for 10% increased bank interest my profit was 391 million for 3 months. Without the stock its even less. Ranked wars bring in massive income and anyone can make 1-200 mil in one week as a member of pretty much any faction. Seems the bank is a bit low for the times in my opinion.
