- 1 Star: Trade 10 job points for 100 endurance
- 3 Star: Carry 2 extra items back when travelling
- 5 Star: +50% to both your dexterity and speed stats when not wearing armour
- 7 Star: Pay no upkeep or staff costs on your properties
- 10 Star: Unlimited Business Class travel (-70% travel times + 10 extra travel item slots)
