Looking for a high end graphic designer who wont waste my time by delivering a product that looks like it was produced by a 5 year old, no offense to five year old's as I'm sure there are some capable five year old's out there these days.
I need something very specific made and it CANNOT be made on microsoft paint.
This is a game, whoever can deliver the best product will get 50 million dollars. If you can deliver the product today and it's quality. I will add an additional 20 million dollars. Also if I think it's above my expectations and delivered today, $100,000,000.
Now what I want is simple because I've literally written it out step by step. Follow the steps, throw in a little sugar spice and everything nice and you're on your way to a 100 million dollar pay check.
There will be about 5-6-7 sections that I would like to flow together but there is room to get creative, no bubble letters or childish fonts or colors.

WARRING MEMBERS
A Minimum Requirement Of 3 Million Combined Battle Stats.
A Minimum Requirement Of 50 Hits Per Week When Chaining.
A Minimum Requirement Of Owning or Renting A Private Island.
And Must Not Cause Any Drama With Existing Faction Members.
Even if you do not meet the warring member requirements to join, we can and will make training member exceptions.
TRAINING MEMBERS

Faction Specials:
With the new faction special system implemented in January 2017, we are very keen to maximize our benefit from these as soon as possible. At a total cost of 20,000,000 Respect, this seems an unlikely goal for the immediate future, but we have set out plans for the specials we wish to unlock which are most beneficial to our Faction Members in the long term. However, currently the four branches we have chosen to focus on are:
Aggression
Suppression
Steadfast
Toleration
In our opinion these specials are the most beneficial for the Faction in terms of improving our strength, therefore are the ones we have chosen to maximize first. As said earlier we do have plans to incorporate the other branches, but these plans will only become available to you if you wish to become a permanent member of the Faction.
