Hi,

I have just start a new TV company.

I post here the salary table, applied to all employees.
The salary comprises 2 parts: Base + stat bonus.

I. The base depends on your position in our company:
1. Attorney, Maketer, Anchor : 4 mil (Require 130K+ Intel)
2. Writer : 3.5 mil (Require: 115K+ Intel)
3. Producer : 3.3 mil (100K+ intel)
4. Reporter: 3 mil (80K+ Intel)
5. Programmer: 2.6 mil (66K+ Intel)
6. Camera, Sale Executive: 2.2 mil (50K+Intel or Endu)
7. Cleaner, stage hand: 1.7 mil (30K+ Manual)
II. The stat bonus depends on how your main stat is higher than the requirement stat:
Each 25K main stat higher, you will get bonus of 100K.

So Your salary = Base + bonus.

For example: You are Maketter with the intel = 185K, your salary should be:
Base (4mil) + bonus(200K) = 4.2 mils.
III. Training
The training is distributed for all in equal. However, I train for 5 stars employees only. It means, if you are all 5 stars, you will get 1 train in 2 days. (Because we have 20 members and 10 -11 train per day). I will train you in round and training is free.

This salary table is applied until we reach 8*. After that, depend on our company income, I may need to balance a bit (May be higher or lower, but not much).
