I got 80 by hunting with energy that would be otherwise wasted while flying to SA constantly because I could only get on for a minute or so at a time at work. I did it for like a year and a half, two round trips per day. If I was consistent with it every day it would have been around 22k energy each year, but I don't think I was that consistent.
