I want to recover an old account, but cannot.
It says that it has been disable.

I've talked to 2 staff
One of them said I have to wait until 24 hours, to use the Recover Lost Account back.
And another staff said I have to wait a week, because somebody has recovered the account? (this one doesn't make sense for me)

Any help here for me to recover the account?
