I've unlocked it in the tree, and we have 10 members, but am not seeing anything other than the same map I had before. Cheds announcement post mentioned it needing to be toggled ON, but I'm not seeing that option...

Most established, higher level factions don't mess with smaller factions with young players.. the respect gain is not worth the effort
4,220 days... I left for a couple of years, only dropping in occasionally... but I'm liking the territory thing and keep hoping I can make the time to return more
Some of the upgrades aren't of interest to me, but others like them so I guess they are fine?
wait.. duh.. have to do it from the city, not the faction link... figured it out.. :)
Yup.. unlocked Territory I... can't unlock II until we've held one for 3 days.. when I click 'Territory' from the faction header, it's all grayed out - no colored blocks, nowhere to click.

We have always had the greatest respect for 39th. I think we've warred at least 2 dozen times over the past 10 years and you guys have always kicked our asses. That's why when we were trying to decide who to drop it on and you declared, the choice was clear :) Much respect!

*sniff* it's been fun.... we had been agonizing over who to drop it on for a week now.. 39th Street Killers made that an easy decision when they declared... now to enjoy the hospital food while 39th exacts their revenge lololol
