i dont know if its just me but this happend to me three time and ist aggravating. when i was looking for items on the map and when i found it (2 flash grenades one parachute)and i clicked on it then i go to my inventory and i don't have it... im also hospitalized does it not give it to you when you get hospitalized or something? because i feel a little jipped and its getting anoying when i get the chance ill take a pic of it happening but i hope it doesn't happen again. please i would like something to happen with this because im broke and that could have been really nice to have a parachute.

but as you can see its a lot is it a glich or does it just happen gamblers what you think?
