I think the job system is super boring and the only person that actually does any work is the Director. It would be so much cooler if each job had puzzles to do or something other than just only logging in. Sudoku, Crossword, maths of varying difficulty.
A mini game like snake or pac-man clone. Anything but make people actually earn their salaries.

good idea and would offer depth to the overall experience. Would make Lawyer Biz cards more valuable. Certainly something to consider but big crimes should have big punishments. Certainly a great angle to be explored but should have some serious consequences when you fail, three times worse punishment if fail. Just like real life.
