recruiting decent, level 15+ forum active members, preferably with donation status, though if you excel in the other recruitment criteria, such won't matter.
as a token to our recruits we offer a million in game currency on their first week as to say they will not leave empty handed. the faction creed is based on those members that take an interest in the faction will have it take one in them.
we run a unique payday format along with daily peacetime quick draws and weekly lotteries. host several different types of larger events on occasion along with a few types of gambling threads where you can score drugs.
monolith does partake on war campaigns, we help pay for chaining (points & cash), and offer more prizes for such through members participation (such as donation packs), though we do not force participation.
along with events we offer some basic faction amenities, we can help members earn points, for those who require housing we can offer leases on palaces, and have monthly draws for leasing of private islands. our armory is worth well over three billion so we can offer some choices when gearing up, we help with meds and busts whenever in need.
members are welcome to store their money in the faction vault for protection. we also have much more to offer, though main focus is as a forum community, we like to always learn and try new things together, so if you seek to join us, be mindful of our way and mail introvert to discuss recruitment. thanks for your time.
Hello Majsan[843586] and all, firstly, if you'd like my own opinion on any matter, you are free to seek me out by mail or irc, though my activity on irc is not forthcoming, i usually have scripts up running. i would have been on the committee long enough to have read and responded to each aspect of the attack system over the years it was in the works, recall a few pen'd napkins from ched explaining this or that. with what Z raises, the changes he lobbied for, he did for the good of the short term which as of present is right now Majsan, its not done, the attack system is far from complete, what was originally in the works though, would have been even further uncompleted, an even bigger mess as it were, so Z was right to act on such, even though we must look beyond the short term. the base is good, and it is currently in discussion as to how it can best be improved, that is what we have now, only the base to attacking.
Ched is who wished to focus on life, and i did back this change fully where as opinion on it for a very long time has been that of controversy amongst most the committee, granted i was one of the top ten with regard to life totals before an earlier nerf long ago that changed the life system, so its not as if i haven't seen my fair share of disappoint on that front, but i have always wanted it to matter.
with time permitting i love to review the suggestion forum, i have seen most before, and if you go back early enough, i made many the same suggestions long ago, granted my time to help grow and promote suggestions has been lack luster, and i have many projects in relation to just that, many.
with regard to Scootaloo[1590427] though not taking an active enough roll in the public forums is a failing i carry with me, i can understand wanting open view of what is occurring on the committee front, i believe polling was meant to be key to helping in this regard, committee members thoughts to everything would be stored and opened up publicly later on, and in that act there has been some pauses and faults, i can look to see what can be achieved quickly to improve on that front in the meantime until polling is running strong enough on its own, or perhaps include more along side it.
i think a lot of battles that use to end in one hit can now last several more, so that aspect itself has changed, but yes as JJ brings up stealth is tied to dex and the preferences setting. with the newly announced changes to defense preferences though and the ability to focus your first defensive strike as a temp weapon, can any temp weapon reduce the users dex and in turn will that reduce their stealth rating? would think that maybe pepper spray might? hard to tell from the description of most temp weapons, in a lot of cases you thinking blinding a target means reducing speed, then of course there is the pharmacy drug that can increase the defenders speed as well which one would think would also work to counter balance the attackers dex, but would such a counter even alter the attackers success in stealthing?
would think the parameters of success have changed because of the defending preferences announcement, to what extent and how would be based on what ratios you think dex is needed to over take speed and then figuring what ratios temp weapons such as pepper spray might influence that total.

this was noted early on, perhaps missed. do you know if a bug report is currently open highlighting this damaster? with free market you have the choice to list once a fix is made, with dividends giving out free properties, the base trade value is bound to reach the games buy back rate in time unless availability is met with need or exceeded. if you are a power trader however, why not use the trade chat box to advertise and the trade feature in the meantime?
there is the whole merit thing, and recently myself i got invited to some new players wedding event, so for that its worthwhile in being able to welcome new players into the game if they marry up and such. i think overall it is worthwhile, there is of course great potential for much more already in torn, and given time with 2.0 i think everything will find its stride.
hey there, i think i know how this came about, essentially before, in the original mail system as well to start in the new current mail system, when you deleted from your inbox, it would be removed from the other players outbox, however that player has the right to keep that record as well you have the right to the privacy in deleting that mail without that user knowing you deleted it. this looks to be what the devs came up with as a solution, perhaps they just wanted to ensure users had a record to look back on and clutter be damned concerning the outbox.
hey there Naseudin, something which may help you is holding control and scrolling up on your mouse wheel for pc, cellphones depended on what type would have options for text either in the main settings menu or in the options menu in its browser.

would say my favorite series for the last few years has been the Astral Saga by Bennette R. Coles, both Virtues of War and Casualties of War are a mix of scfi and the past blended together masterfully.
