Starting pay is 3 times all your stats, e.g. 1 mil if each your stat is 110k (330k * 3 = 990k, we round to 1 mil).

Salary increases by 100k each ~100 days of stay, because (i) your stats increase over time, (ii) after 100 days we multiply stats by 3,1, after 200 days by 3,2, etc.

All employees receive transparent and equal pay according the same formula. Salaries are published and visible to all employees.

We reach 10* regularly to extend bank. Next 10* cycle by 28 March.

Oil Rig benefits are currently worth 3.1 mil daily, which is in addition to your salary.

Benefits inlcude bank investment limit increase by +50% and banking time reduction for job points.

Currently hiring manual +100k, but other stats are also ok.
