May be an incredibly nooby question for someone who just turned 5000 days old, but what sources of energy should I be using to train?

I currently just use Xanax and point refills everyday if I remember. But I suppose I should start looking into using energy cans / FHCs since I do have a decent networth.

I've always just been a scrooge with my money not wanting to spend it.

Any advice or links to guides is appreciated, even though I expect the answers to be obvious but I need to make sure I'm spending my money efficiently.
