I have played this game since it was called Torn City and the url was www.torncity.com After Ched had changed the url (or whoever does that stuff), I kept on playing. I was really inactive because high school was busy. I went to college and was like, man, I wonder if I still have that old Torn City website name. I sent them my email address and was like...holy crap...I still have this thing. Mr. Chedburn (Ched), keep up the good work man. You have reworked a lot of things, made the battle system so much better, and you are the reason that text based games like this still exist. I work a part time job now, so I can come and hang out on the game more often, and can actually enjoy life. When I am not hanging out and living in Oklahoma City, I am playing Torn City...or Torn now days. I have many ideas for having a story line and would be interested in sharing with the higher ups. It's my own independent story, but I wanna see if I can help contribute. I also seek interest in being a helper. I would have to re-learn a couple of mechanics to the game, because some things are new. Anyways, may the Torn gods bless you. I am going to be on here chilling if someone wants to talk to me.
I will be finished with all the Bachelor's courses in a few months. Is there anything in the works to expand this? Include some more Education courses for us veterans that has been here for the last decade?
Does anyone know if this has been suggested yet? I know we have the trading where we put money in and if the company that you invest in makes money, you make money too, but has anyone thought about if the market drops, then you also make money? Anyways, we upgraded our crime system, why not upgrade the stock market? Just an idea.
