As you might know a couple of weeks ago Bumbi started collecting toothbrushes and was briefly the number one collector in torn for this item, now I am. Unfortunately Bumbi has decided to be a troll and try to buy up enough toothbrushes to over take me as the greatest toothbrush collector of all time. This can't happen.
That's why I hosting a raffle for a chance to win 2 donator packs.
To enter all you need to do is send me toothbrushes. There is no limit on how many. Your chance is only dependant on how many tickets/toothbrushes you have.
The raffle will end 01:00am TCT on the 11th of June. I will make the draw the following morning and announce the winner here.

While I absolutely implore players to enterprise and enjoy the RP of the RPG side of things, there comes a point where it just becomes a trend used to take advantage of others.
There's no guarantee that games aren't rigged, there's no regulatory oversight, and there's no way of stopping people who are casino banned from gambling.
At the same time...what is it about these casinos that is so attractive that people will take the risk of leaving torn to use them?
"Doesn't that mean you CAN purchase time with real money? Instead of spending up to a week to grind for a DP, they can spend $5 USD and save up to an entire week AND all the time and energy used!"
No? You could also buy it in under 5 minutes if someone gives you enough $TCD - doesn't mean they gave you a week, does it?
Even swiping a card you still need to put in time and effort to get to the point where your $$ becomes effective at improving your gameplay.
People have gotten to the same point by skimming their factions whilst leadership, too. Doesn't mean they swiped cards at all.
Do you really think someone who swipes their card for everything is having any sort of fun and will remain interested long term? What point is there in a game with no reason to set goals and challenges for yourself?
The DP can easily be purchased within a week by anyone smart enough to sell losses short term, power level to 15, and travel.
An EOD set will provide little benefit when there are no stats to use it.
Now, how many people do you actually see swiping their card to 'skip ahead'? Not many. Clearly the cost outweighs the benefits and it's not as much of a P2W method as you think.
And I responded by telling you that you literally cannot buy time and effort. You can buy short term results at extreme costs, but you will ALWAYS, WITHOUT FAIL, be limited by time. That is why we have cooldowns. You cannot circumvent them. bogie does not take bribes.
Sure, but you forget that those 5% gains are peanuts until you've put the time and effort into training speed to a point where the difference is truly noticeable. Once again there is a cost in there that cannot be balanced with real world money, at least not in any meaningful amount.
The argument of "P2W" in torn is fundamentally flawed by the inability to buy time and effort outside of account sharing, which is a game ban. It's a weak statement thrown around by people who either don't understand the game mechanics or are just shockingly bad at the game and think that the game is bad, not them.
For "P2W" to be even remotely true, a player must have invested significant time and energy into growing their stats to a point where SEs are useful. That's a shit ton of FHCs and cans and if someone is dropping $$$ for that, fuck me, they're probably not going to bother with the sneakers in the first place.
Gotta remember that all stats compliment eachother. You could have popeye's arm (+Str) but if you're slow af swinging it(-Spd), they're just going to dodge it(+Dex), but it would hurt like a motherfucker if it landed (-Def).
