true, good idea... but i feel it'd almost be a waste of time, currently mim making money off my bank investment and 4 maxed pi's on rent, but yeah il try out something smaller see if i can handle it.
where would somebody go about buying a cruise line or a zoo or would i want to make my own?
i have never directed a company before, i have the free time available to be able to get on torn most hours of every day,
i've made enough to buy an oil rig with the oil stock. id keep 2b in the bank and use the spare 3b for upgrading and whatever else i'll need it for,
anywase to the point, my question is, would it be a good idea for me to sell the maxed pi's im currently renting out,
buy a brand new oil rig and start from the bottom.
