Since theres too many dead companies (people quit, federal jail accounts, etc) why instead of forcing players into new ones why not be able to buy the ones already made? I mean, I saw MANY companies that are over 6 years old of inactivity or that the owner is federalized so cant buy it from them... so I think with not create a way to buy them instead of creating new ones? Dunno if this was already suggested but worth a try.
