Offering rental extensions to tenants becomes very tedious once you have multiple properties rented out.
It also causes bot hunter to be glued to my account due to the amount of extensions that I must offer.
I will usually go page to page, offering 7 day extensions to my tenants which will cause my account to get "Bot hunter" and then I'll receive messages from tenants requesting longer periods of time, meaning I have to go back through each page searching for that specific player.
Allowing tenants to request rental extensions will not completely remove the need to offer them however it'll make life much easier for both parties (Property Owner & Tenant).
