Hi,
One of our faction members, xXxReaperxXx, deposited some money in the faction bank for safekeeping, and posted in our transactions thread in our forums to document it. But the post is under someone who has never been in the faction.

Reaper says that he plays in the same house as Cardkid, so I'm wondering if there must be some sort of issue with the same IP?
Thanks in advance!
A growing company with some excellent specials, under a great director. I recommend this company especially if you're working on those computer crimes!

Yep - stretches are really important! It's easy to discount it, but it will seriously save you a lot of pain in the long-term.
As for when to eat - it depends on you. Some people can eat, for example, breakfast and go for a run straight after and be fine, while others need a bit of time to digest. I think it might be something you'll have to experiment with. I personally wait at least a few hours after a meal, and if I need some energy/food beforehand, I just go for a banana.

Great to hear that - good luck!
Lasky gave some great tips, but I really want to emphasise that you don't push yourself too hard especially as you're just starting out. Getting injured in the early stages is no fun, so make sure that you listen to your body.
For me, running is the best part of my day - I always feel really good after going out for a run. It can be difficult to initially get started, but I find that if you just make yourself do it, you won't regret it afterwards.
