there are just so many angles you could attack each sport with, I give respect to each sport.... even car racing, you put joe rugby in a race car he might win 1 of 1,000,000 races, prolly not...

bro, I know bout that money crunch, but here is some affordable foods to aim for... peanut butter, bananas, granola, nuts, corn, oats, eggs, brown rice, yogert, cottage cheese and chicken breast cooked with 'olive oil' ... buy in bulk, $300 a month will feed you 4 times a day and give you the calorie and protein intake your aiming for.... your 5th an 6th meal a basic bland protein shake will do...
I tried the home gym, bought a shit ton of equipment and a 12'x24' shed.... now someone else owns the equipment an the shed is for storage, I just couldn't get motivated at home..
like craze said the Gym is a place you can go to get away, it just gives me more motivation being around other people..
