A day ago, I accepted the mission which asked me to "Put a bounty on WHITE_NPC", "Wait for the bounty to be fulfilled", "Attack the person who claimed the bounty". The first two steps went smoothly and were completed without much effort. But when I wanted to advance to the third step, even though I attacked two times, it was still not completed. In summary, I'm stuck in the third step and I'm sure I attack the correct person -- the person who claimed the bounty.
The mission: the first two steps have been completed, and the third step has not. I have completed several similar tasks, and according to my memory, usually, the person who claimed the bounty will be shown in the third step, even though it's anonymous, as long as the second step is completed.
When the second step was completed, I also got an event notice that "Zerowd hospitalized WHITE_NPC and earned your $50,000 bounty reward"

I was wondering if anyone know's the answer to what would be the most profitable job special to use your job points on?
