What happens when you are about to go to work an it malfunctions causing you to be a few hours late? What if it actually just stops working, the owner will have to fork up the cash to fix it? Why punish the many innocent for a few bad eggs? Why not just force anybody with a dwi to have a breathalyzer in their cars only? Then again, that don't do much good since it's easy to bypass it anyways. Dumba$$ idea....period..
