Thought retal bonus was good for 5 minutes, but I hit ~2min mark and received no retal bonus:

Have -5 employee effectiveness because of "Drug addiction", but just went to rehab. 22.3.10 ~ 22:00 Torn time

Recently there have been a few times I've been attacked and the only entries in the log are from my attacker (no retaliation) - am I missing something? Has there been a change or is this a glitch?? (See examples below)
