I dont know about the rest of you but im getting tired of seeing full red loadouts which are unobtainable for the common folk like me. If I sell my left kidney and part of my liver I might be able to get an EOD apron which it would synergize well with my 2m dexterity…
This thread is for the rest of us. The budget warriors. We’re not out here flexing full EOD with 26% sure shot armalites but we make certain weapons work. So what’s been working for you?
Post what interesting cheaper combos you’ve found work for you and what upgrades you plan on making next to take your b-tier weapons to b-tier but slightly shinier.
(No offence to the rich folk… happy to hear suggestions on what you would do if you didnt have such nice things in life)

Ive assembled the 161% Vanguard set below and a few decent weapons. My stats are still absolute poop but atleast theyre 2.6x poop now. Dont know if I belong here anymore...
Primary: 63% cupid 53% deadeye Arma For those 7.5x heartbreaker crits (And 5.5x normal crits
Secondary: 31% slow BTMP9 because why you coming fast
Melee: probably my favourite weapon and unique on this good of a base (afaik) 50% parry 22% motivation kodachi.
Armour: 161% Vanguard
I still dont think this loadout is good enough to be considered ‘elite’ but its not bad.
Join a Clothing company, Always self hosp if your bazaar is open, be unpredictable when medding out not immediately after a big sale, set up ghost trades, fly, get a friend/merc to hosp you while sleeping etc. For every way there is to mug theres 2/3 ways to hide the money. Mugging is part of the game so its either adapt or get clapped unfortunately.
Stock block only affects newly spawned missions not existing missions so you wouldnt gain more doing it this way. Once youve completed a mission you can ‘hold’ it indefinitely without it disappearing. Best option would be purple egg if you have one and possible a PSF (although it might be too late). If you could add in a parry notification if they’ve used only melee for 2/3 turns that would be awesome (idk how scripts work I can just about turn my PC on so it might not be possible)
Its annoying on mobile where you cant see your buffs/debuffs unless you click on your name slowing you down. it would be great if it was at the top somewhere and refreshed quickly (every second or 2?) so you knew when needles expired/ debuffs hit you

Apologies for the long post but I’ve put some thought into this loadout and you did ask…
Primary: 63% cupid 53% deadeye Arma: I had a orange penetrate Arma for a while which worked pretty well but too much consistency can make fights quite boring. Deadeye also outperforms penetrate at this level and is probably equivalent to powerful ( Red DE is significantly better than powerful but they’re similar until then) The Cupid is a nice added bonus for massive hits when it lands (approx 7.5x damage). This is my bread and butter on attacks.
Secondary: 31% slow BTMP9: I use this in combination with my melee to just be as annoying as possible.
Melee: 50% parry 22% motivation Kodachi: My pride and joy on defends. Nothing beats wasting your enemy’s turn (or enemies) while boosting your own stats for 5 mins. Its also a unique combo for this good of a base (afaik)
Armour: 161% Vanguard Set: This was my first purchase. I assembled the set for relatively cheap for the % and it’s added alot of survivability for my subpar stats. Completely blocking dex reducing temps while increasing my dex by 161% (2.61x) is somewhat annoying to deal with for alot of people without needles.
In long fights I have around 50% more Str/speed/def and 250% more dex while on xan while simultaneously blocking half the melee hits that do land. Working pretty well so far.
I dont think this loadout is good enough to be considered ‘elite’ but its not bad for around 25b spent.
Looking for Double perk reds/orange motivation+ slow/wither/weaken on a secondary. PM me if you have something that fits the bill that you’d be willing to part with.
That secondary is beautiful. Great on 100% no reload attack settings 2 due to low bullets. I’m in the process of changing up my loadout so will post soon
Hey guys I have a lovely weapon for those pesky def whores. Just get them down to 20% hp and one shot them. The great accuracy value is the only stat that matters here ofcourse since its guaranteed to end the fight below 20%. Taking offers and in no rush to sell.
