Mine dropped by nearly half a bill and I've barely done anything in months that wasn't crimes or gym

So I've been away for 3 years and need a quick re-intro!
last new addition to the game I remember was the Museum! Clearly everything has improved, anyone been around since then to sum it up for me or is it gonna be learning all over again lol!
Bonus going from 10K defence to 10 Mill in one click of a button though, with 10K army points still to use!!!
