Hey, I’m thinking of selling my 10* AN.

• Amazing, long term staff that rehab without reminders (Very helpful)
• Been 10 stars now consistently for months, staff vary from 130 - 155 effectiveness. 
• I sell 4 trains per day in monthly blocks @ 500k per train = approx $60m per month profit
• Edvd tax bi-weekly = approx 80m per month profit
• 15 personal edvds per month via job points = approx 67m profit per month 

potential to earn more if you sell more trains, I just like helping people improve with rotational trains :)

I’m looking for circa 850m, happy to negotiate for the right person as do not want my current staff to be fu**** over.
