Could include a gambling mechanism to bet on goal outcomes. Personal/Faction, for management and tracking of personal goals related to common game improvement areas (Metrics tracked in the HOF)
I had to defeat two people. I defeated vampire_man and his name was crossed out on the missions page but it didn't get the check mark or allow me to complete the missions. I went back and defeated that user again just to make sure and there was no change.

I only had to detail them one time; I went back and did it again just to see if that would trigger a change. After the first time I defeated them their name was crossed out in the mission page but didn't have a check next to it. The 3 days have since expired and the mission now shows as failed. The image I linked should be sufficient to show a problem, there's no reason the name should be crossed out and there still be an x next to it.
