you got to hire people that log in daily, because inactive players are pretty much useless, also you got to always be fully staffed and when it is full keep looking to hire working stat players and replaces them for the low working stat players and you'll progress you company, never stop looking for staff.

Yeah, it's ridiculous the amount people are paying for working stats, but i reckon just pay what you can afford see how much you earn for the day and see how you will split it with the staff, or even your specials are great then, decrease pay because of that, some players will only apply to your company because of the specials.
