I have been chasing the 2500 thefts merit, so a lot of shoplifting, with maybe 1 fail in every 20 attempts, I can do the pawn shop crimes, and have 1500 auto thefts. so it isn't for trying to hard of crimes. also I dont bust people out often, but i havent been caught my last few attempts.
