New idea to make more use of the laptop/cell phones. Should be able to use online services while flying to access an online casino. Would also mimic sites like fanduel ect. Another idea would be having a personal bookie to place bets while flying, Could be an unlock in the casino or property upgrade to have a bookie on call to place bets. I think this would make passing the time while flying a bit more enjoyable and give the laptops more use aside from viruses.

I think this would be cool. Only issue I see is my brain watching 1-4e. I get some peace being at 0 waiting for 5 😂. I imagine this will shake up the cooldowns on drugs. Could also be more limiting in war type situations. I.e. Xanax gives you 10 attacks instantly. But with increased regen wouldnt be a guarantee. Gonna cause a huge shake up in war preparation/activity
