I've been powerlifting for two years now, and It's been a life changing thing. Post your weight/lifts, and your workout routine. I'm curious to see what you people out there got :P

Right. I've highly considered bands, and also deficit deadlifts, and I haven't been doing it much, but I've been doing enough legs and back to think it would be over 405 now. Any 1rm calculator I use says i should be around 440. My powerlifting coach thinks its a big mental thing also. Pre workout might be a good idea, but maybe only when I compete because I don't wanna pump that much caffeine in my body xD. I'm too short to do sumo, and rack pulls is a good idea. Thanks for the suggestions, I'll for sure try a few of them out!
I've been having some trouble with my deadlift 1rm. I can't seem to get past 390, as it seems like 405 is just a mental block. I can do 315 for 12, and 350 for 5, and every calculator or other person I have talked to says I should by far be at, or above 405. Anyone else have this problem? And does anyone have any tips for how to improve? Thanks.
Thats a good place to start. I'd recommend Jim Wendlers 5/3/1. Ontop of doing all your back, and biceps and everything, you can add in this formula. If results go good, it should add usually 10 pounds to your squat, 10 pounds to your deadlift, and 5 pounds to your bench a month. If you are interested, just reply back and I can send you some stuff on it :)
There is college powerlifting!? I live in Michigan, and I've looked at so many colleges to try to find powerlifting things, and I can't find anything! Care to explain what it is?
I gotchu. If your weights are kind of low (Not trying to be an insult of any kind), I'd recommend trying to build a good base of strength first, especially with your size because in my opinion it would be better to have some strength to back up all the size ur gonna get. Also, with more strength like i stated before, you could do heavier weights which equal better, and a tiny bit faster results. Have you done any strength stuff in the past?
Whats your workout routine? You should try to go for better strength results if you are as light as you are. If you want to become big, get a good bit of strength on most of ur lifts, so that when you do the workouts to get big, its heavier weight, thus you get bigger better and faster.
I'm 5'8. With my body type, its generally easy for me to gain muscle/lose fat, but its also not hard for me to put on fat either. I'm sitting at about 18-20% body fat at the moment because i'm just coming off of powerlifting season, so I haven't had time to cut yet.
