Recognize , Sympathise , Resolve , If a member comes to you with an issue / problem . Recognize exactly what the issue is , Sympathise with them and how it is affecting them . Work to resolve the issue either by assisting them with how to fix it on their own or through your own resolution

A good reminder to check on your bros ! I have a friend who recently lost his wife and on the outside he seems fine but in reality he struggles with depression and suicidal thoughts and he opens up to me about it daily . Not that I want to be his therapist but damn happy he feels like he can talk to me when he needs to , I’ve reached out to some mental health that my workplace offers and gotten good info on how to help him . Thank you for your post
