To add a collect all button at the top of the page so we can easily collect the multiple benefits with a simple click rather than going through all our stocks and click collect one by one.

Is there a channel for discord or some script that could give alert or notifications when specific security settings are disabled? I've been trying to chase the unique for big Al's gun shop for months and still not seeing the condition where both cameras and guards are not operational at the same time.

Quite a fair bit I would say. The most glaring being that you will be a burden to your very own faction you are trying to build. If you have little to no strength and speed, you can do little to no damage meaning you can't effectively chain. That aside, you will be giving up many attack merits. Not all of them are out of reach but most of those affected merits will require much more effort and cost for very little return. Also, you will be giving up most of your mission points since you will unlikely be able to complete over 90% of duke mission as they usually involve attacking and winning someone.
If you want to go inactive and have not been in any of the job before. It's a good idea to postpone the idea for awhile. Build up the points necessary to get the highest job title of the desired job before going inactive. Otherwise you will lose out plenty of job points. It takes 5 days of job point at each level to have enough to promote to the next(assuming you have sufficient job stats from player own jobs previously). So to maximise your absence you should postpone by the number of job promotion times 5 days. But then again if you are only leaving for a month or two it's not worth the hassle.
