I over stacked the largest stack by 300-400mil.

This split was not correct. Please investigate and resolve.

Hi There,

I got the following message :-

You have lost the bet you made on the Japan Emperor Cup - Omiya Ardija v Shonan 90m game. You bet $35,000,000 on Omiya Ardija 90m.

The information I have is that Omiya Ardija won their quarter final match against Shonan.

Please investigate ?

Thanks,

Hi, This should have included the kickers in the best five cards but excluded kicker, I had higher kicker and should have got entire pot.

Please investigate and resolve.

11:15, bad split, A9 vs. A8, 160mil pot was split to both, all should have gone to me. as my kicker was higher and there were no overcards on the board.
