Is Pickpocketing supposed to reset skill level? This is the 3rd time it's reset back to skill level 1. I am using dark mode if that matters.

After doing some research the individual made the items to be the same price as the donator packs. So with me rushing to grab the packs, i made the mistake (grenade packs don't cost 20 mil each). Cant this be seen as a malicious attack?
I think I did. Well, my mistake thanks for looking into it.
I hope this is the right place to post this. So last Thursday i pulled 200 mil out of my bank account and bought 8 Donator packs off a guys bazaar. I have never received them and my money is gone. Hopefully, you guys can look into the logs and sort this out.
