I think it would be a cool idea would to allow a contract for employment to be traded when someone works for your company. If this were the case you could give someone a lump sum of money and they would be unable to leave your company for a certain amount of time.
Some positives could be that people could work for items instead of cash such as a DP for a month or whatever is agreed upon.
A couple of options could include:
1) the worker being able to re-trade money or objects to buy out their contracts.
2) the company owner could be able to fire the person for poor performance even if there is time remaining on the contract.
Played blackjack and it showed the "deck has been shuffled" indication for at least 10 hands in a row. Noticed it and tracked it and lost every hand every time it said deck shuffled.
This might be a stupid question and have been answered in the forums already but if you get the boost of happiness im guessing it resets at the next 1/4 hour just like normal.
Does it happen at a similar time each day to try to plan around it or is it completely random and you just get to use it if you are lucky?

I dont want them deleted. But maybe have their names revert back to just their player ID? The only reason is I really want the name Gillgan to go along with my CLA theme. They have been inactive for almost 2k days.
If you think of real life, if a company wants to get rid of an employee under contract they offer a severance package, which here would just be part of the lump sum agreed upon. Like otter said, it is a gamble.
Also if someone requests a loan it could be a way to guarantee that loan. Say I ask someone for a $50M loan. I could offer a trade to work for them for 50 or however many days in exchange so there is actual collateral.
