I live in my spouse's PI. He is no longer able to play Torn, so he can no longer pay the upkeep. I understand that if the upkeep isnt paid, happiness is reduced. My question for staff is if i pay the upkeep, can i have access to the vault? Not what in there (i have no idea if there is even anything in it) but for my own use?
