As title really. I'm looking to purchase a whole bunch of losses to work on some finishing hits and weapon experience. I'll pay $275k per attack whenever I see the events. Not setting minimum levels or anything like that.
Ever since the new faction upgrades system all those years ago, we've been waiting for the 100K. That elusive Chainer 5 honour bar been taunting us all on the awards page for years.

A big shout out goes to the entire faction, the effort people have put in was immense, the chain watchers are legends (especially those who were on duty when the API was gubbed) and my fellow leads have put blood, sweat and tears into this. The first week during halloween was pretty fun, but since Tuesday it's been a helluva grind.

I'm certainly interested in changes to RW, I don't particularly enjoy it as a meta. So that's great. Views are my own etc.
Some bits I'm unsure of.
Conceptually, I think that number of members shouldn't be a factor. If you've climbed to P3 with 20 members, I don't see a reason you can't get matched with one with 90. Strength in numbers is one of the underpinning sensibilities of factions/guilds/alliances in any game, it should continue to be one in Torn and not something that gets watered down purely for money making. It's also quite obvious that a 90 vs 90 war should generate more hits than a 20 vs 20, and one of the points of Ranked War is to generate actual fighting and action, isn't it?
Something else that stood out to me, that maybe was explained somewhere and I missed: In this screenshot, TNL get "sacrificed" vs SA with a 0.52x something. In the simulated matchup, they still meet SA, but with a something of 0.90x and it's no longer simulated. What's the difference? The real one would be a red matchup in the graph, the right one would appear to be a green one, but it's the same faction and I'm not sure why it's rated differently. Beyond that, in the simulated version, they rematch SA in week 12 and it's now a 1.08x something! What are these scores meant to represent?
