Suggest putting a time cap on how often people can post in the trade chat like every 10-15 seconds sometimes that window moves so bloody fast you cant read or click anything in it. maybe its just me but just a thought

I was thinking today clicking around the company control panel. Wouldn't it be nice to have a bonus or incentive pay button? At least for me when i try to send out holiday pay bonuses or milestone bonuses and what not i have to send them to each individual person in the company. Be quite nice just to send it out to the whole company just like the company newsletter or the faction payday! just a thought.
What do you guys think as other company directors?

03:11:09 13/07/21 i spun the wheel of awesome landed on the certificate of awesome but it did not trigger the merit award for it. still grayed out in the awards page. 04:03:23 it was pointed out that im dumb and this needs to be deleted :)
Hiring the following stat players all wages are base and only to start all employees will get pay raises as the company increases in profits.

150k+ Manual Labor = 2 million a day to start
115k+ Manual Labor = 1.5 million
75k+ Manual Labor = 1 million
95k+ Manual Labor = 1 million
115k+ Endurance = 1.5 million

130k+ Intelligence = 1.5 million
