fair point but you cannot control who collects the bounty, a sell sword, mercenary, will do exactly what the master requires, at a contract price - say 5 million for 25 hits
good points made - the recruiter can set the terms of engagement.... eg only hit an supposed ally who they suspect is going to stab them in the back, as GA found to their cost!
