Currently the 3 certificates available from spinning Leslie's wheels are completely useless, they pretty much act as an extra "lose" tab.
I think it'd be neat to change the certificates to diplomas, which offer varying time reduction for education courses.
For instance, a Diploma of Awesome could be very rare but will finish your current course instantly, a Diploma of Mediocrity could half your course time, and a Diploma of Lame could simply shave a few minutes off of it.
If these sound too effective, just understand these are only examples. The actual time reductions could be modified for balance purposes if need be.
Leslie's backstory for these could be some funny story along the lines of someone in the educational field owing him a massive debt for a bunch of drunken wheel spins and repaying it with these faux diplomas to use as prizes.
