I agree with the above poster. This 'guide' is obviously a complete scam. The prices he charges are ridiculous and only serve to put money in his pocket. Common sense will dictate what items to trade for in the item market - common ones include things like DPs and FHCs, to crime enhancers like screwdrivers and wireless dongles. There is no need for any so-called 'guide' to trading - just a lot of time, persistence and quick reflexes to avoid being mugged after people have bought your items.
I have also been taking a look at the OP's bazaar now and again over the past few days and ironically, for a rich self-proclaimed trading guru, the only items inside his bazaar are flowers and other cheap miscellaneous stuff (according to his own FREE guide in the tutorials forum, if you have more than 500 million in cash, you have excellent capital and can start trading in things like DPs and FHCs). I also caught him lying on a few occasions in trade chat trying to get people to visit his bazaar by saying that he had cheap xanax and ecstasy for sale there, when there was none. When called out for it, he claimed it was a 'misclick' and that the items were now there, but when I went to check again, they still weren't lol. Most of the time he's in trade chat advertising his 'guide' - which gullible people will buy only to realize that they've been conned.

I really LOLed at this one. Half-yearly to yearly subs??? Really?? This guy quit before who's to say he'll still be around in half a year or one year? Hell, anyone of us could quit playing in that time (real-life issues, work commitments, just bored of Torn etc.)
Another thing to note is that the item market is a limited one, which means that the more people trade in the same items, the less profit there is to go around. E.g. 50 people checking the item market regularly for cheap cans = next to no profit for anyone.
With the new mugging changes, trading has also become rather more difficult. It may be that the OP makes more money from peddling this so-called 'guide' to gullible people eager for quick cash that any actual trading that he does lol.

With all due respect, your experience differs vastly from the many people on this forum whom UE has disputes with. His rantings and ravings directed against others who hold different opinions - e.g. whether Scrooge's event is enjoyable or not is a SUBJECTIVE thing which people are entitled to hold different opinions - are appalling and reminiscent of a spoilt child.
