Hello, I've had this idea bouncing around in my head for quite a little while now and have now thought to bring it to suggestions!
While looking at the stats of employees I have always noticed that they have " Settled in +10 " as a bonus, is there potentially a way that if all the company members have this +10 bonus that it could change into / gain a "chemistry bonus" ?
this bonus would only be available after working over (the minimum) a month with the same company AND having the Settled in bonus active.
I feel like if you have members that have been working together for so long that they would form a type of "bond" in game and be able to gain a slightly higher efficiency. (this bond / chemistry would be strictly company based and not something they ACTUALLY need to share even if they hate each other in game)
This gain wouldn't need to be something absolutely insane but members could gain slightly higher daily gain to work stats than normal ( 3-5 extra on top of their current daily gain) with it being a bonus it would help with members that have a debuff / negative mark against them like addiction
