Forsaken Sweets is looking for anyone looking for a Sweet Shop job and has somewhat high stats. 5k+ would be an instant pick up, 2k+ stats I would consider as well. I do not enforce a can fee, but I wouldn't mind you throwing a can of good will if you want every now and then. Trains are applied in a rotation, so you will never be left out.

Confectionist
Manager (possibly.)

I've been curious since it's been fluctuating in my company quite a bit with how much I make per day. I see the top company have 3 confectionists and the rest clerks, yet there's plenty of other jobs besides that, packager, etc. Is 3 confectionists and all clerks the way to go for a successful company? Or is there other strategies to get the best dosh?

Also, without an advertisement budget and only 8 out of 10 employees, I'm managing 49% popularity. Are the ones at the top losing cash to stay there?

Torn wiki says one gives free advertisement but that's been out for a long while now, and another that gives 10%. Dunno which ones to look into.

From what I've seen that I put into advertising, my sales only mimiced the sales increase. I put 20k into advertisement, I'd get 20k sales back. Is there a cap for different companies? I'm hearing to put advertising at 0, but I'm interested if all your workers are at 5 lightning bolt efficiency and near stat cap, would it effect the company then?

New policy - If you meet the required stats for the job I am seeking to put you in (Etc. 2000 END for Clerk) or along those lines, I will pay you 300k daily. Under the required stats from 1k-2k is 200k daily. Under 1k is 100k daily. This is for the primary stat.

For the secondary stat, you start getting 50k bonus every 1k after the required amount, but not the base value itself.

Near or trained into a new paygrade will be adjusted.

Forsaken Sweets is looking for employees to hit that 5* rating and indulge in the benefits of cans.

Current set-up:
I don't pay you now, you work for free, but when shop hits 5* you can get cans for free.

OR

Based on the main stats of the position I see you are going to work well at (etc. Intelligence for a certain job) I will pay 100k a day per 10k of the main stat you have, and 50k extra for every 10k of the stat you do not have. Base pay is 100k per day if you do not have very good stats, or under 10k for both. 250k for 10k in the main stat and side sat, and so on. Once the shop hits 5*, I will ask of you to pay 1 can per week. Pay will still be set to 0 though.

Send me your stats and I will tell you how much I will pay you each day.

However, I will not ask my employees to 'pay me cans for trains.' I will rotate on a daily basis. No one shall be favored over the others, even if you do give me money/cans. You will receive 5 trains every 8 days, or however many employees are currently in the company. (7 other people than myself, you get 5 trains every 5 days, etc.)

As a movement of goodwill, if you pick the first option I will give you 5 trains immediately to solidify I'm not trying to get to 5* then kick you out. I feel that'd be very bad business practice in the long run.
